I was also concerned also since you were located all the way in New Zealand and I was unsure about ordering from a company that far away.
I emailed a few questions and they answered each one in detail and with no pressure to purchase. When I finally did order, I wanted my Classic customized with my wife and children’s initials incorporated into the ring. They did a brilliant job perfectly matching my written description with the ring they produced.
The ring took only four days to ship from New Zealand to Central Florida, something I didn’t believe them when he told me, and I was able to track it all the way from the shop to my front door.
I have received numerous compliments regarding the ring and even an offer to buy it from me-I promptly refused. I even had a few unsure looks from people who just don’t get it and honestly that is at times more gratifying than the compliments!
