Classic Range

All Deadringer Jewelry is individually crafted to customer specifications. For this reason work is not started until an order is received. To ensure a quality result we allow 6 weeks or more to create any piece.

Custom Range

Custom work may take somewhat longer, and this can be estimated upon confirmation of your design.

Urgent Orders

Should you require an urgent turnaround, please note this option when ordering or contact us to ensure we are able to complete your order within appropriate time.

Purchasing

All purchasers will receive an email from Deadringer Jewelry confirming your order has been received.

 

We use PayPal for our online orders.

 

Customized orders will be processed on an individual basis, so upon confirmation of the design specifications we will provide the appropriate Order Form.

 

Should you prefer to wire transfer directly into our account, please contact us for our banking details.

Sizing

Sizing is included in our prices. We recommend you have your finger size measured by a professional jeweler, making sure they allow for a wide band. Please be accurate with your finger size as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizes.

 

Packaging

Packaging is included in the listed price. All Deadringer Jewelry is shipped in a small wooden crate unless a coffin is specified for a specific style.

We can supply a coffin with artwork for an additional charge - see our Deadringer Jewelry coffins.

Shipping

All shipping is included in the listed price. We will need your daytime delivery address and contact phone number as your shipment will require signature release. Please note that should you request the courier leave your package unattended, we cannot accept responsibly in the event of damage or loss.

All jewelry is shipped by international signature-required courier unless specified. It will be tracked in real-time until delivery has been completed.

Customs/Duties

Please note we do not cover any Customs duties/taxes applied to destinations outside the USA. These charges are determined by the country of destination and we cannot provide up to date information for all situations. We recommend you contact your Customs and Excise Office for all information pertaining to duties, taxes, vat etc.

Guarantees and Insurance

All Deadringer Jewelry has our Lifetime Guarantee covering any fault of workmanship or metal quality. Please note this does not include wear and tear under normal conditions.

If for any reason our product reached you in anything other than perfect condition, please take advantage of our 30 day right of return policy for full replacement or refund.

Insurance on all shipments is provided by Deadringer Jewelry Limited.

 

Please note that should you choose not to sign for your shipment and request the courier leave your consignment unattended, we cannot accept responsibly in the event of damage or loss.

Returns

We have never had an item returned to us. This is partly due to our high standards and also due to our commitment to customer care and consultation. Because our rings are customized to your size, we do require that you confirm your size at the time of ordering.

 

We recommend all customers confirm their ring size with a professional jeweler in your town before ordering. We will also send you a photo of your item before shipping. If for any reason the item is damaged in shipping, we will, of course, take all steps to make good.

 

Generally, the only reason a customer returns an item is to have it cleaned and serviced, or resized due to weight-loss or gain.
